Congress Registration


What is included in the cost of my registration? 
Entrance to scientific sessions, exhibit hall, access to Congress App, and Welcome Reception. The Beach Party, Cadaver Labs and Master Classes require payment of extra fees.

What are the registration deadlines?  
May 31 and September 20.

What meals are included with my registration?  
Coffee breaks, the welcome reception and lunch. 

How do I add a master class to my registration?  
Either during the registration process or if you have already registered, email:

Do you have group registrations discounts?  
Yes.  Contact ISAPS@ISAPS.prgfor the guidelines and a group registration form.

How do I purchase a reception ticket?  
There is no ticket to the Welcome Reception. You simply need your name badge to be admitted.

Can my guest attend meeting functions, as well as evening receptions?  Yes, if they register either as a full Congress attendee or as a guest with exhibit hall access.  Note that plastic surgeons cannot be registered as “guests.”

How can I obtain an invoice/receipt for a registration?  
A receipt is automatically sent to your email when you have finished your registration.  The receipt is your invoice.  You should check your spam filter if you do not see it immediately.

How do I cancel a registration? Do I get a refund if I cancel my registration? 
All cancellations must be emailed to:  A 25% administration fee will be withheld from all refunds. No refunds will be granted after September 20, 2018.

Is it okay to make a substitution?  
No, we do not accept substitutions.

How do I make a correction or change on my registration?

How do I register if I am exhibitor booth personnel?   
We will contact all exhibitors to request badge names in September.  There is no other registration required.

How do I pay by check?

Congress Information

Where can I find out about general conference and program information?  On the Congress website,

Where will be meeting sessions be held?  
All sessions will be at the Miami Beach Convention Center.  The one exception is the ISAPS Women Surgeons’ Symposium on Wednesday which will be at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Do you offer continuing education or credits?  
Yes, the Congress has been approved for 40.1 hours of ACCME Category 1 credit.

How often do you admit new members?  
At the end of every month.

What if I become a member of ISAPS after I have registered as non-member?  
We will refund the difference to you, but you must notify to request this adjustment.  The deadline to do this is August 1.

Do I have to be an ISAPS member to submit an abstract?  No

When will I know if my abstract was accepted? Notifications will be sent to all abstract submitters by the beginning of May, in plenty of time to register at the lower rate.
